NETELLER verweigert Annahme (!)

Antwort auf meine Frage, warum eine OC-Auszahlung nicht angenommen wurde:

"Dear Mr. …,

The likely reason why the transfer from a merchant was declined could be due to initiating the transfer during a high peak period, when there is a lot of traffic going on the net. The other likely reason could be the amount that was requested. From checking your transaction history, this large amount of $… is the highest amount that has been requested back into your NETELLER account. Therefore it would be advised to re-initiate your withdrawal again, perhaps in two separate transactions if possible."

Wo hast du gespielt? Im welchen Casino? So wie ich verstanden habe - das ist die Antwort von Neteller? Oder das Casino will die Auszahlung verzögern?

Das OC hat nicht verzögert und prompt ausbezahlt. Nur Neteller hat nicht angenommen. Auf der Habenseite beim Netellerkonto steht der Betrag mit der Anmerkung "declined". Im Saldo ist der Betrag dadurch nicht enthalten. Die wollen das Geld in Raten erhalten. Jetzt ist das Geld wieder zurück im OC. Mach ich´s halt auf Raten.

Üblich ist "declined" nur im umgekehrten Fall: du willst mehr auf ein OC übertragen als eigentlich am Konto ist.
